Lab 2
This lab builds on the structure of the first lab. The creation of the structure was a little more complicated than last week but again with the content provided it was a matter of making sure to follow the tutorial. I think for a child learning the alphabet that this version makes much more sense as it allows the child to choose the letter that they want to listen to over and over. I think the best activity might be a combination in which the child could listen to the song and then on the next slide re-listen to sounds that they need to review. I noticed that the default for the different states of the interactive button was set to have a red outline. I changed the buttons so that whether in a unplayed state or pressed down the stroke surrounding the button outline would blend with the background. I started to do the same thing with the roll over state of the letter buttons, but realized that the only way the user would know that the letters was interactive was to have the button outline change to allow the user to see an outline appear on roll over.
