Today we are going to learn to fold a very simple airplane. First fold the triangles and crease the paper. Next, carefully push the creased paper underneath and pinch the front so that there is a triangle on top. Then fold back two smaller triangles. Then fold back the front about one inch. This will vary depending on how much weight you want in the front. Next fold the plane in half at the center. Then fold back each wing. Then fold the side stabilizers. Next tear a small piece on each side of the wing to provide lift. And that’s it. |
This video was recorded using my iPhone, Camtasia and Camtasia Fuse. I didn't have a tripod so I pulled my iPhone holder out of my car and put the suction cup on a box. The video didn't take too long to record, but I forgot to swing the holder sideways so my video is in the wrong orientation so instead of wide screen it is tall screen. The overall time for recording, editing, and uploading was about two hours. This was a good opportunity for me to learn a little more about Camtasia, and I learned that the captions created in Camtasia didn't want to upload to Youtube, which was ok because what I really wanted to use was the annotations feature. This was also an opportunity to learn how to directly upload iPhone content to Camtasia using Fuse. I originally uploaded everything to Photos first but in trying to import the media into Camtasia it didn't recognize the file format, but using Fuse solves that problem and is much faster.
